      Avantages

      Small company, locally owned, voted by Memphis Business Journal as one of the best small companies in Memphis, TN

      Inconvénients

      Employees judged by how much time withthe company, not what they do for the company. Raises meager and late from review date. Owner stated he enjoys drama within the ranks because it keeps anyone from reaching too high. Employees must be work (not necessarily doing anything) for 9-10 hrs a day or will be let go. Each department a fortified warzone.

      Avantages

      My co-workers were the best. Management was not the best at the end. if it snowed that would force you to come in did not care about your safety.

      Inconvénients

      No room from growth unless you know someone. I professionally gave my two weeks' notice; they let me go before that. Oh, I also sign a note stating that I have knowledge, they will not give me my vacation hours. I spent 4year with this company .
