      Avantages

      Great company! Superb management- they had a good training plan and was backed up by supportive management. The Biloxi office had such a professional staff and positive atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      None I can think of - it truly was a positive experience and it was refreshing to see companies such as this still exist.

      Avantages

      Help from peers and LinkedIn learning videos to help you get through the day without losing your mind, Remote work is always a good thing.

      Inconvénients

      Too much to do, very little pay. This is the reason for their high turnover rates. Having to respond to lots of internal emails and chats while doing your job. Never in my life have I ever had a job this stressful for such a minute amount of pay. I would not recommend working for Sparkight, Cable One, Hargray. It was too much for me.
