Avantages

- 5-6 hr shifts, home by 11 pm (night shift)
- overall not too hard
- fun, mostly college-aged coworkers
Inconvénients
- intentionally understaffed
- no automated employee system to view schedule or pick up/drop shifts, not even a collective employee group-chat
- poor management communication
- management constantly silently firing employees, even employees they could easily fire through official process (have been forced to rehire fired coworkers because they didn't follow official firing process)
