      Avantages

      - Top tier async-first fully remote work culture - Passionate and helpful team mates - Awesome & Supportive Management and Supervisors who care about the employees' growth - Minimum 30 days PTO is amazing to allow a better work-life balance - No "time-tracking" shenanigans or micromanagement means the employers trust the employee fully, which is always a healthy relationship metric in my opinion.

      Inconvénients

      - Async first & remote work isn't for everyone, so it might be difficult to adjust to this culture if you want physical interactions on a day to day basis for your office/work

      - Global salary is tough for some parts of the world. - Async/remote is not for everyone.

      Avantages

      Working with Bailey as my cofounder has been great. We share the same values and are trying to be the most open and transparent companies in Open Source.

      Inconvénients

      It's a fully remote/async job, so sometimes it's not easy to work with everyone at the same time due to time zones.
