      Some good coworkers, loose management let's you come and go as you please.

      Inconvénients

      Expected 10 hour work days, mandatory Saturdays that you don't get paid for, high sales goals, promises of bonuses and commissions that never come. High turnover rates. Managers are either too new or not engaged.

      Good insurance, good coworkers, close

      Inconvénients

      Horrible work/life balance, don’t consistently make commission, no support from upper management. When you take vacation using your PPO you’ve earned, upper management complains. We never hear anything good, just the bad. Every day we’re threatened with working Saturday when we work 53 hours a week
