Avantages
To highlight the positive, I must acknowledge that during my tenure at Calibraint, my work-life balance was good. The company did provide a healthy work environment and good opportunities to explore and contribute, at least until the financial issues began. Unfortunately, everything that followed overshadowed the initial positive experiences.
Inconvénients
When I first joined Calibraint, it was truly a great place to work. The work culture, team outings, hikes, and overall environment were positive and promising. For the first year, everything went smoothly. However, over time, things began to change. Many of the experienced and knowledgeable leaders started leaving the company. Individuals with little to no relevant experience were promoted to critical decision-making roles, and this had a noticeable impact on both internal processes and client relationships. What became especially disheartening was the company's treatment of employees who expressed concerns or provided constructive feedback. Those who disagreed with the management decisions were fired, regardless of their capabilities or contributions. The most shocking experience came when, without any prior notice, we received an email informing us that our salaries would not be processed that month. Eventually, we were told that only partial salaries would be paid due to financial issues, but all of us had to work our extremes. While most of us could understand the situation, the inconsistency in treatment was unacceptable. Some employees, who favoured the management, continued to receive full salaries and even hikes, while others struggled with partial payments. That's not it! Another serious issue was the mishandling of PF and VPF contributions. Though amounts were monthly deducted from salaries, they never reflected in our PF accounts. After resigning, I am still waiting for my full and final settlement. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response or resolution. Ironically, the company continues to promote lavish team outings and events on its social media pages, yet claims to not have enough funds to clear dues for former employees. Having to chase after what is rightfully owned month after month is not something any employee should go through. I am sure there would be a positive reply below this review stating this is all a lie. But trust me, the company is not what it depicts on social media or any other platforms. Please don't join here if you have any personal commitments or aim to grow in your career ladder.
