Overall the people that work here are very friendly. The owners are great people also very nice and laid back. If you are looking for a relaxed warehouse job thats 9-5 mon-fri this is the place for you. Also there is a brewery next door, which has good food options for lunch and can enjoy a drink after work. You’ll get some entertainment in the afternoon with the regulars that love to sign in the back patio/parking lot area.

Depending on your role the job can get tedious day in and day out. If you have more of a role (ex: Warehouse Manager) you will have more responsibility and things to do. Some weeks will be slow, so if you have less of a role and run out of things to do you’ll have to build Sophie’s and clean to keep yourself busy. Theres not much growth with this position. No paid holidays and occasional holiday bonus.

You get to work right next to a bar.

You're not valued or appreciated. Not a competitive salary and the "Benefits" that are offered are bad and you have to ask for months to even get the paperwork to find that out. The company is run by a couple and they don't really care for the business, they're just hanging in there to collect a check so there are absolutely no professional management systems in place.
