Constantly shipping product to your house with no notice and it’s egregious. Fortresses of boxes and you’re liable if anything is missing. *Very cheap spend on company resources. *Horrendous Communication Strategies. *You are pressured into playing a Shell game to justify “distribution of product” as it helps your ranking. But if you get caught doing what you’re instructed to do, there is no grace for your punishment. *Gross misspend of marketing budget. *Leadership uses fear and spreadsheets to drive home initiatives. Most of them are accountants at best. Not leaders of people.
