Avantages
Coworkers and supervisors were all super supportive. It was a very collaborative environment.
Inconvénients
The phone policies were awful... Customers were constantly complaining that their calls weren't being taken or they had to leave a million voicemails before they got a response. They also took issue with medical assistants, rather than physicians, relaying test results--which I can understand. Hopefully phone, portal, and fax procedures have been revamped so that patients are more satisfied.
