      Avantages

      Benefits are decent, pay is on the lower end. Some management is good.

      Inconvénients

      Arrogance across the board. Agawam is the place to be if you want to be treated as dirt. Some managers are absolutely backwards and do not support their teams and allow poor behavior to continue.

      Avantages

      Site capabilities and scientific personnel in the US are world-class.

      Inconvénients

      Sales management is more concerned with 'covering their 6' than effectively managing a talented sales team to success. Upper management is focused on selling the business. Poor front-line moral of scientists and key personnel.
