      Great People Lots of areas to learn and grow. Strong Senior Leadership Good Benefits Good Work Environment Lots of Fun activities

      Inconvénients

      Seen as the site that doesn't make money and we hear about it frequently. this leads to unnecessary stress or anxiety around job security. Unsure of what will happen to Cambrex in the next few years due to Permira which also creates more concern around job security. Inability to make changes that will bring in more revenue due to decisions made at the top.

      Avantages

      Site capabilities and scientific personnel in the US are world-class.

      Inconvénients

      Sales management is more concerned with 'covering their 6' than effectively managing a talented sales team to success. Upper management is focused on selling the business. Poor front-line moral of scientists and key personnel.
