      The pay is good, and can work a lot of hours.

      Inconvénients

      The culture is not great. Managers don't seem to like their employees very much haha.

      Avantages

      Site capabilities and scientific personnel in the US are world-class.

      Inconvénients

      Sales management is more concerned with 'covering their 6' than effectively managing a talented sales team to success. Upper management is focused on selling the business. Poor front-line moral of scientists and key personnel.
