HR and managers couldn’t care less

Some lovely staff, Friendly departments, Good opp to learn many different processes, Decent equipment and offices. Few people were very helpful and delightful to work with. The owner was nice and friendly. They Remembered things very well. Interesting manufacturing processes and skills learned.

Toxic management, No processes, No proper standards, Manager constantly gossip about onwers and other managers from the director of the department. Calling owner very bad names. Very poor training and no training plan Bullying and intimadation, Contradictions in instructions, Always blame based culture. Manager throwing things on the desk and slamming doors like a small child.
