The graphic design job has other unrelated tasks for which the company was expecting a good performance. Depending on who you are working whit there is sometimes less possibility to bring creative ideas or to take creative direction on your tasks. Often certain employees have a precise notion (usually based on their personal taste) of what they expect and won't necessarily open to different ideas. This can sometimes unnecessarily prolong the task and bring difficulties to finish a project.
