Novosco was a company based on ethics, of helping each other and doing what was best for the customer. Staff had no qualms about working late, chipping in to help and knew they were valued. That is long gone following the takeover by Cancom and the influx of staff from other companies in senior roles. Minimum effort for customers and a just get it done approach without care. Senior management think it’s all about sales figures, rear kissing and back patting among themselves. Unless you shout about how great you are don’t expect any gratitude or salary increase - never mind a bonus. Many staff effectively taking year on year pay cuts due to SMT’s belief in not paying inflation based salary increases as a minimum.
