Avantages

Coworkers on the SDR team were wonderful, good benefits, monthly stipend for wellness/wifi, full remote environment

Inconvénients

There’s been a LOT of change within the past 6 months, and most all of it is horrible. The work environment became toxic (and I don’t use that term lightly) as new managers/upper leadership stepped in— they claim to value their employees and promised no layoffs, yet let go of entire teams without warning in the spring due to “budget restructuring”. Originally promised promotions turned into outside hires, so there’s no room for growth anymore. I would not recommend working here.

Avantages

- Remote - Good sdr pay - Team is supportive - Product has a stable place in the market and customers like it

Inconvénients

- Fully outbound other than event leads - No real team culture unfortunately but that is tough remote - No growth path, you must force it or get lucky - Crowded market - Expectation for AI to be used on everything
