      Committed workers with a good heart. Great outlook and authentic desire to make local communities a better place with its wide array of social programs funded by private and public grants.

      Inconvénients

      Shaky leadership. Poor compensation. Few benefits. No long-term vision.

      Avantages

      Management of programs in communities is relies heavily on partnerships.

      Inconvénients

      The ED is the least trained person on staff. Makes up policies as she sees fit for herself. Constantly talks about people on her staff. Very fake. Makes up her own rules. Very top heavy. No raises just extra days off.
