From negative, to terrible - Avis employé Artist Capcom

- Low wages for most (compensation is well under the Vancouver average) - Seems management has no clue what they are doing. This has been echoed in almost every review. The management cannot seem to make up their mind. Projects change so much and so often, that an entire year is wasted and the team has to start from scratch (almost literally), and crunch because management has no foresight. Changes are common in video game development. But the number of large scale changes that happened at this studio, is more than very frustrating. Lots of changes one year, we're brought back in the following year. - There is a lot of blaming Capcom Japan for problems, instead of management taking responsibility for poor decisions. - People are leaving every week which is why the company is always hiring. Meetings are held to ask the question "why won't our employees stay", which says a lot about the mass exodus if meetings are held solely on this problem. - Management protects the people who don't raise concerns or complain. This was very apparent during the 50 people who were laid off in February. Lots of great talent was let go, and a lot of mediocre/lazy talent took their place. - Management divides the studio by calling out the work of certain disciplines as racist , in front of the whole studio. <--This is not an exaggeration
