      Avantages

      Other employees are great to work with. Many are willing to assist if something is needed. Overall I think the employees make this place what it is.

      Inconvénients

      Management can sometimes get in their own way. Physicians assume everything removed around then and often impede productive workflow.

      new grad nurses are able to support each other

      Inconvénients

      more senior staff not supportive of new grads, unsafe staffing regardless of the shift you work, use and abuse new grads
