Avantages
1. Lovely team members - because the company's mission is great, it seems to attract the most wonderful people 2. Mostly remote - as most members are scattered across UK and beyond, it will never be a "go into the office" job
Inconvénients
1. Poor pay – with talks of being good, Capp pays pretty poorly, this is not just specific to Product but it seems to be across the company 2. No structure – there are no processes in place, so it means most people are siloed in, the information between departments isn't shared, which means you end up doing work that ends up not being used. 3. They fire in odd ways - we have had 3 mass firings in the 2 years working, all which is dealt with quite chaotically. Comes across as disorganised/poorly managed 4. Benefits – little to no benefits, specifically for birthing parents.
