      Avantages

      I am learning new skills and working full time. I, for the most part like the working environment everyone is nice and friendly.

      Inconvénients

      This company has aged machines and employees are expected to provide all the necessary tools and tooling to get jobs done. but do not want to pay a fair wage to compensate the overhead involved. I am reffering to things like cutting tools Lathe, mill, and drill bits. It is alright to expect tooling department employees to provide their own tool but they take it to a whole new level.

      Avantages

      -Great place for an entry level positions You will learn a lot about the industry if you show interest -Company Lunches -Company Activities, raffles, giveaway. -Plenty of overtime

      Inconvénients

      -Pay was pretty low. Some employees gave up asking for an increase in pay. -Theres a separation between management and employees. Management would want something done without much interaction with the guys doing the Labor. -Company takes on impossible jobs without strategy. (Heavy hires and promises of no lay offs, but they do a layoff every few months to 2 years.) -Family Owned company with heavy family influence. If you're not married or blood, you're basically another expendable. -They honor schooling reimbursement but will underpay you so you don't qualify for it.
