Management; The blind leaving the blind. If you don't stroke egos, goodbye to your career. Get in line, bend the knee and work 16 hours a day so that you sell a software that is destroying customers' businesses. I work with the Australian team and the region heads here have an immediate need to mature. I've worked with freshers who have a more mature take on things. Embarrassing. Software; Nothing is designed well. Plenty of features, but all of them are half-baked so you won't actually get any business outcomes. I know plenty of businesses losing revenue purely due to the software. Narcissism; Bend the knee and obey. Stroke egos and do not challenge garbage processes. If you're strong enough to do so, you won't make the cut so the remaining staff lack backbones due to the fear culture that is part of CareStack's "Good Methods". Implementation Team; You toxic, toxic group are the reason staff leave. I specifically work with the Australian team and they are the most rancid colleagues I've ever had. I can smell the stench from thousands of miles away. Data Integrity; Oh boy...the stuff that could come to light here. Be careful.
