      Decent pay and decent trucks

      Inconvénients

      Pay may decrease based on company profits. Insurance was crap paid $241 a week for family health. Not including dental and vision.

      Avantages

      Not too formal. Does not require to dress up formally. Fast growing business across the nation, few warehouses located in states like CA, TX, NJ etc

      Inconvénients

      Indian based, hence indian culture exists...both good and well "could-be-better" ones. Usually very stringent when it comes to giving raise. However, the case is different if you belong to the "inner circle".
