      Avantages

      They treat they're employees well overall. Decent pay. Free lunches and snacks/drinks provided daily on campus.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the management are not good at communicating and will hold things against you instead of just talking to you about issues they may have and giving you a chance to correct/improve things you may be doing wrong or not to their liking. Management also tends to be clicky and have employees that are their favorites who they'll treat differently.

      Lots of interesting problems to work on and tons of support to do those well

      Inconvénients

      Fast paced workplace with lots of deadlines. If that’s not something you’re interested in I’d stay away

      - Everyone in my department was great, they prioritize hard work and efficiency but also maintain a fun and friendly environment with good people - Good pay, and great structure and assignments for an intern to grow - My manager prioritized work life balance

      Inconvénients

      - Lack of women and people of color in the company, especially engineers and higher up roles
