      Avantages

      The Houston office is flexible and the people are great to work with! Great family-like atmosphere with opportunities to learn new things.

      Inconvénients

      When Gainer Donnelly became a part of Carr, Riggs & Ingram, there were system changes that created a new work culture with some growing pains. There's a not a consistent company image quite yet.
