      Decent pay for retail and not a super difficult job

      Company claims to care about employees but treats them poorly and with let go of people with no notice whatsoever

      The WTC office is nice

      Inconvénients

      Most recently Casper moved to a 401k plan that is highly restrictive. It doesn’t allow selecting individual funds to build portfolio, and the funds selected have extremely high cost ratio. Looks like an extreme and desperate measure to save on admin overhead. Also, every year Casper discounts gets deeper and more frequently. The ads are boring and monotonous. Look at Casper a few years back and what it looks like now.
