Have freedom to plan and do what you want, on the other hand it means the senior management and directors have no idea what they want to do
Inconvénients
Poor Management, the directors are dreamer and planning projects with inadequate resources. Treat staff's poorly, e.g. never receive a correct amount of salary, no appraisal with staffs, only have 11 annual leaves and at maximum 14 days of annual leaves even if you worked for years
