Avantages

Great culture , fairy good company to work with.Fair compensation for the amount of work one does. Great Emphasis on Safety, Employee friendly policies such as work from home especially for the field sales force.

Inconvénients

Sales and marketing guys are really under huge pressure while the functions are not being held accountable for any drop in sales. Lots of cross functional challenges, managing with internal cross functional people are the biggest challenge here, as they just concern about their KRA not customer or business. Because of this the attrition is really high in sales and its almost zero for rest of the organization. The biggest challenge here is growth opportunity for the front-line employee are very low, can say almost zero, they cant grow as leaders despite their high performance. Especially for Sales functions no future growth opportunity here, thus they always have unavailability of good resource.
