      The annual leave allowance is generous which allows a healthy work life balance Flexible working since Covid which allows us to work from home once/twice per week Lots of progression opportunities Training is extensive and frequently adapts to the needs of each service / I completed a funded L2 qualification this year relevant to my role. Wellbeing is triumphed - regular supervisions and peer support Supportive culture

      Inconvénients

      Salary will always be a Con for working in the charity sector (though is expected) due to the benefits of working with service users.
