Avantages
Catch22 is really good at reconising and taking care of their staff. You are made to feel wanted, they review all their policies and procedures often (perhaps even too often at times) but they do it for all the right reasons, they genuinely care about their staff and their service users. Staff work closely together, they offer flexible working where they can and genuinely just want the best for and from everyone. Ive never felt so appreciated in a job. They allow us to be the best versions of ourselves, they encourage you to learn, try new things and be the best version of yourself. There is ample opportunities to learn in all departments not just the one you work in so love to upskill you.
Inconvénients
collab working between teams is always the strongest, although encouraged its not as good as it could be.
