The working culture at CelcomDigi is very positive, as the employees truly embody the company’s core values, which made the internship experience enjoyable and meaningful. I was placed under the Enterprise Business Division, Mobile & Fixed Department, where the team frequently organized engagement activities such as monthly birthday celebrations that helped create a welcoming environment. Everyone in the team was kind, supportive, and caring throughout my internship. I also gained valuable exposure to the corporate working environment and learned a lot from the experience.
Inconvénients
The company practices a fully on-site working arrangement, which may feel less flexible compared to the hybrid or remote working culture that is becoming more common nowadays.
