Avantages
Most people are really nice, talented and caring.
The technology is interesting.
Inconvénients
Most senior management is alright. But a few people in upper middle management have created a dictatorship and people who express different opinions, even though these are more beneficial for the company than what the backwards thinking leadership believes in, are labeled and punished directly or indirectly.
They exploit people who are passionate in the medtech industry and don't pay well.
And forget about making the world a better place, profit is above patient wellfare.
Minorities and people with different backgrounds are not treated with equal respect.
People who get burnout because of poor planning and bad management are blamed at.
This is not a place I would recommend anyone to work at.
