      Avantages

      Cellular Solutions really do look after their staff. There always thinking of ways to improve and grow their business. There customers are there priority and the management team believe looking in after staff they will look after their customers, guess what it works!!! great company perks from pension contribution to health care.

      Inconvénients

      There isn't any work hard and be rewarded.

      Avantages

      Great benefits for a small company. Lots of skill set with current staff. Some great tools and processes to help with daily roles. Some larger companies would relish having some of the the resource. Staff attrition very low

      Inconvénients

      nothing major. Maybe just needs to embrace change quicker and take take more calculated risks.
