      Management by Emotion: Decision-making is erratic and driven by the leadership's emotional state rather than data or business logic. Broken products or rather services being run in the name of product results in constant escalations Not sure why good practices have not been implemented

      Avantages

      The team is super collaborative, the CEO is not afraid to get into the weeds and is a true SME. The executive team is top notch and always there to collaborate and support. Everyone is direct but kind.

      Inconvénients

      Growing too fast which creates strain on existing team.

      Lack of process and QA leads to consistently escalated clients. Always putting out fires and getting chewed out. Management delays implementing process improvements for better customer and employee experience
