      Work is predominately based in Salesforce, which can be a pro if you want to work/ stay in a salesforce environment.

      - Opportunity to develop your skills by taking on tasks outside of your role - Down to earth leadership and colleagues - Small team, you aren't just a number - Transparency around financials and projections company-wide. - Get a bit of flexibility when it comes to your schedule, working overtime is frowned upon.

      - Lots of things are in motion, this is typical and expected for where we are but unless you thrive in that it might not be a good fit.
