Every company has both pros and cons. Clearly there are a lot of fake reviews to improve the companies profile. Overall I would recommend working for the company but there are a lot of things to be mindful of. -Flexible hours -Remote work -Summer Fridays if they still exist -Client Solutions team -Peers

-Men highly valued -Inner circle reap all the benefits and receive preferential treatment from Exec team -Hire externally instead of promoting within -Lack of communication and transparency -Consistency -Hold the wrong people accountable -Inclusion is a selling point but company lacks heavily in that area. Just look at the Executive team and upper management and make your own determination
