Avantages

Remote work, opportunity to make good money.

Inconvénients

There’s nothing special about this place. They say they want feedback but rarely implement anything. They seem to love firing people and hiring more throughout the whole year so you can never feel safe. Upper management became more toxic and micro managing. Lead quality started going downhill. The writing is on the wall for this place, they are striving for perfection and are good and getting people to give them money but they’re turning into your typical toxic Medicare sales org only 3 years in.

Avantages

Member first focus. We can recommend any and every plan on the market. If we can’t write the carrier, we still get paid a commission for doing the right thing by the member. Fantastic lead quality. No more “grocery card” or “you called me!” leads. Great coworkers with similar values and mindset. Working at home can be isolating. Management cares about us bonding as a team. We get a budget monthly to bond with coworkers and are flown out often for company get togethers and an annual retreat.

Inconvénients

Since it’s a startup, there’s lots of required overtime during AEP which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.

Cool swag I guess when you join

Inconvénients

I was lied to about compensation and the ability to earn what I was making prior to joining. What the recruiter told me versus what actually was true did not line up. Also horrible AEP hours
