      Avantages

      You can gain some valuable experiences while working there.

      Inconvénients

      The culture at chapters is very cutthroat. I am a former manager there and I believe while working there, I became a terrible manager. They force you to lay off your team, then rehire them as pool employees. The pay is terrible, and the benefits cost are extremely expensive. You will not have to right tools to do a good job and they are extremely slow to make decisions.

      When they took over our senior living, they did a nice job of cleaning it up and painting making it look nice They did a salary review and increased some employees salary

      Inconvénients

      The healthcare choice is poor, average premiums, and poor coverage They prioritize the number of people in the program, even if inappropriate or even if employees are overburdened
