      Great team members, particularly in Europe. Engaged, experienced and capable.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership, from the board who did not change the CEO two years prior, to the general lack of autonomy for the EU team, who heavily and painfully depends on decisions (and major mistakes) from the US team.

      Really smart team and interesting product to sell.

      Inconvénients

      Running extremely lean after lay offs due to industry headwinds. A lot on each person’s shoulders to continue to hit numbers despite a very tough market right now.
