Depending on the nature of the work, some departments might experience heavy workloads, leading to occasional stress. Strategies to manage workload or providing additional resources during peak times to improve work-life balance have begun to appear. The company policies around remote work or flexible hours might be more strict compared to some other workplaces. Offering more flexibility, especially in roles where it’s feasible, could further improve the work-life balance. During 2023, the company shifted and has started to be more flexible with everything, which is a positive change, step by step.
