No cons as such. Work is completely remote, so sometimes it's better to have some official or unofficial meetings at least once a year or every 6 months.

- plenty of broken stuff to work on
Inconvénients
- no clear, consistent direction; shifting priorities
- non-existent onboarding practice
- little to no constructive feedback from managers
- poor meeting etiquette/hygiene, team members often late or miss meetings altogether
