      Avantages

      Easy recruitment process. They seem nice people during the intervies but then...

      Inconvénients

      It was a nightmare... poor initial training, lack of organization between department, sales only care about their orders to be processed asap, not enough people to handle the order entry. In general toxic culture and management. They can fire you anytime with no reason. Stay away from them.

      Easy people to work with, intellectually stimulating, serves very interesting customers, learn more about how everything is made around us, steady job security

      Inconvénients

      Slow upward mobility, smaller bonus incentive than other sales jobs, fairly silo'd work environment

      Paid parking garage, office beside 405, snacks on site

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, short deadlines, very frequent turnover, no consistency in goals, processes, or deadlines, poor internal communication that leads to stressed out coworkers, toxic work environment due to the fact we probably won’t bonus this year and everyone is afraid they’ll walk in one day and be fired, get a good sales territory and you’re fine but if you get a slow industry you’re on the chopping block, leadership talks about give and take but seems to only be taking time from our work life balance and our mental health but not giving us any benefits or anything in return, adding useless layers of management when we can’t even keep 3 sales directors within 18 months, living version of the movie Office Space
