My experience as an employee here at Chenega has been nothing short of imaginable. Given my background I have never been with a company more grounded in taking care of their employees. Through team meetings, as well as, employee resources. I have grown since joining the team. Achieving my IT CERT in Security +, learning skills in team building, as well as, better business lingo for my career moving forward. It really feels like this is where it’s starts.

Company engagement is very strong and employees feel connected. Management responds quickly to requests and concerns. Chenega employs high level people who are SMEs in their field, and they do not micromanage their employees. Chenega appreciates their employees and rewards them with recognition for their years of employment. Pay is good!!!
