      Avantages

      -Best benefits of any company I've worked for (working remote, PTO, meetup) -Best and most consistently self-driven people I've worked with -Best structured company I've ever worked for, extremely easy to reach across departments to get work done, suggest product improvements, etc. -Most fun company I've worked for in terms of product, people, and organization -Least stressful company I've worked for in terms of deadlines and management -Only company I've worked for where there's no weird inter-office politicking

      Inconvénients

      -I could easily take the CFO in a fight but he refuses to acknowledge it

      Avantages

      - Generally relaxed work culture - Incredible flexibility due to remote work - 99% of people here are good people and fun to work with - Interesting though still niche product - Seeing incredible growth in recent years

      Inconvénients

      - Below market pay (they are working on this) - Lack of clear strategy at times, feels reactive - Senior leadership hired externally has generally been terrible, with a couple exceptions (need more internal promotions/growth) - Lack of solid retention incentives for top talent (though this is slowly improving, a bit late however)

      Fantastic culture and work life balance. The company treats you with respect and positivity. Couldn’t be a better work environment.
