      Avantages

      I don't think I can find the words to express how happy I am here. I thought it would be a dream come true, and THEN IT WAS. Management is exceptionally kind, compassionate, and understanding. Can't imagine being elsewhere.

      Inconvénients

      Because I'm a part-time employee, I'm making $15 an hour currently. It's actively less than what I was getting paid in other social media jobs in my past, but from what I understand, $15/hr is the standard for interns and part-time employees. Subject to change, of course.

      Avantages

      - Generally relaxed work culture - Incredible flexibility due to remote work - 99% of people here are good people and fun to work with - Interesting though still niche product - Seeing incredible growth in recent years

      Inconvénients

      - Below market pay (they are working on this) - Lack of clear strategy at times, feels reactive - Senior leadership hired externally has generally been terrible, with a couple exceptions (need more internal promotions/growth) - Lack of solid retention incentives for top talent (though this is slowly improving, a bit late however)

      Avantages

      Fantastic culture and work life balance. The company treats you with respect and positivity. Couldn’t be a better work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not up to industry standards
