As a provider the time to see patients is small, and the amount of work expected is large. Patients are very complicated as it is community mental health, some that are seriously mentally ill. This takes a toll on you, with rapid fire appointments and complicated cases. Minimal support from direct overhead when it comes to patients themselves depending on the patient - meaning they pick and choose who can break policy and who can't which is frustrating.
