Close knit team that all work together and cares about each other. Pay is competitive. Fantastic projects with a clear brand and quality products that are great to be a part. In great contrast to developers focused on any type of asset to do cheap and get out. Feels good to be building something of quality with great people. Great growth and allowed to grow.

Small company and a startup environment / mentality so lack of procedures that may be hard for some.

Appears to be a successful company to outsiders who are unfamiliar with past project or have never dealt with company.

Unable to develop or execute projects with any level of success. Leadership is impulsive in decision making. Most projects arrive in court at some point. Lack of clear communication at all levels. Loves the fact that Massachusetts is an employer at will state.
