Woeful company, surprise it's still in business - Avis employé Team Lead Chill Insurance

Really badly organised company, management dont have a clue how to keep team leaders or staff happy. Would rather screw people out of wages and hard earned commision to line their own pockets. No staff parking. HR and top management have no interest in staff morale. No benefits as in nights out or incentives, everything has been cut back in order to save money. Even rumours of the company not paying bills on time e.g. milkman. Constantly move team leaders into different departments without any experience. It's the blind leading the blind.
