      Avantages

      Excellent pay, hours, and a great place to work overall. There are many opportunities to rise and teamwork makes it very enjoyable. Meals are free during a shift and 50% off when one isn't working.

      Inconvénients

      It can become busy and stressful, but for the most part, it is bearable and a great place to work.

      Avantages

      become more social, 5k tuition reimbursement, free lunch on shift, If you show competence, quite easy to go further up the ladder up to gm, but any higher is based of luck or favoritism. may be able to take college courses for college credit through chipotle for free depending on managment level

      Inconvénients

      understaff, sometimes have to do multiple positions at once, District management and up only care about meeting sometimes unrealistic expectations or goals
