Company management and culture - Avis employé Senior Software Engineer Chubb Insurance

I would like to share my experience with Chubb. It was nice for the first few days because everything was going well when I joined the firm. I was given a very good, difficult role, learned new things, and confidently finished all of the responsibilities that were given to me. However, a new manager joined the Chubb group a few days later, and he was an absolutely awful person. As a result, our work atmosphere changed and people started leaving the company. I told the HR team internally that he was discussing some private matters pertaining to my family members at work, but they did not conduct a thorough investigation and did not take any action against the boss. I made the decision to relocate the company since HR has not taken any action. During my notice period, the internal management mistreated me and spoke poorly. If they keep using the same individuals, procedures, and workplace culture, I would like to say something. I can state with certainty that Chubb is going to downgrade.
